Should I leave restaurant review if it's going to be bad?

I ordered delivery from a Greek restaurant. The omlette did not come with the canteloupe and melons as advertised on their menu. The "puff" pastry was 80% raw as if it was in the oven for only a few minutes, the outside was a little brown but the rest was raw dough. I paid $2 extra for a 3 egg omlette vs. 2 but I can almost swear it is only 2 eggs. I ordered a medium size salad but it looks like a small side salad. A negative review online can have a bad effect - is it better to just keep it to myself and not post the review?Should I leave restaurant review if it's going to be bad?
Part of getting customers into your restaurant is hoping that they've heard positive things through other people. If they rightfully hear negative things, then there's a reason for it. I would be very glad to hear your review of this restaurant before I went in there with high expectations and walked out with a very bad opinion. Just think of it this way... it's the internet. Make a screen name that is completely opposite of you. Nobody will know that it's actually you as long as you go through some review website and not the restaurant's site. It's alright to let others know your honest opinion!

For a start, address your review in a letter to the restaurant itself, mentioning the date and time of your order, and what was amiss with it. If they were very busy, or training new people, or had some other internal problem, they will probably apologize and offer you a free dinner or a discount.



Only if they are totally unwilling to heed your complaints should you post a negative review.
you should post it!! it's your opinion and if you think they did a horrible job, which it sounds like they did, let other people know so they don't get ripped off like you did. help someone else out.
