What is the most reliable review site for restaurants or dining?

Trying to find a restaurant to take my gf out to eat for her birthday and while doing research I was surprised to find such a big difference in ratings between different rating sites for dining. I know there are websites like Open Tables, yelp and citysearch... Which review site do you guys think is more reliable?What is the most reliable review site for restaurants or dining?

I really like Yelp. However, please take reviews with a grain of salt. Same as movie reviews. Just because someone gives it 5 stars, doesn't necessarily mean I'm gonna love it. (like movies- juvenile humor does nothing for me, you may like it!)What is the most reliable review site for restaurants or dining?
i usually check all those websites and decide for myself from all the reviews. or i go to google and type in "restaurant name reviews"
