What is required when you write a restaurant review? I am starting to cover local restaurants for the school newspaper, but have no idea what I should include in the article. I figure address, hours, price range, but is there anything else I should know? Thanks!Writing restaurant reviews?
Write about the entire experience. Start with where you dined, when, decor, price range, type of of food, how the service was, how the food was and if you felt it was a good value, if you would recommendthe establishment, is it more for couples, families, singles do they have a bar, how the atmosphere is, is there music, things that make the experience positive and hopefully not negative. Be sure if you do encounter negative things to give the management a chance to resolve and be sure to include the resolution.Writing restaurant reviews?
Write about your experience. How was the service? How was the food? Was the restaurant clean? How busy was it? How was the menu? If possible, interview the owner and/or chef about their backgrounds.
