Well I suggest if you do have a deadline and can't return to use the internet and try to get as much info as possible. You should have some semblance of the wait staff albeit it may probably be hazy, you should still have one. And as far as names are concerned, they are never necessary when writing a review. You should be inclined to do research on the executive and sous chefs and knowledge of ownership and management is always a plus. Always do your research BEFORE you go in so you can keep concentrated on the food, ambiance and service.After leaving a restaurant, you come home to write your review. Either write the review being vague, as in not mentioning names but focusing on the quality of the food/beverages...or call the restaurant and ask for the name of the bartender working when you visited. As far as staff description, can you recall 1)were there enough staff working to cover the clientele in a reasonable time frame? 2) was your server male or female, friendly, efficient, manicured, decent? Hopefully some details remain from your experience...otherwise you may want to retreat yourself and honestly combine your new details to the original review.
