Sure. Yelp. I also read (and would review for) EGullet and Roadfood.

No. I fill out the reviews for hotels on the websites that I book through (primarily Venere or hotels.nl. I'll recommend restaurants here that I've liked when there are specific questions, but I don't post reviews on websites for restaurants.
