How is my Restaurant Review?

I am writing a Mexican Restaurant review for my Freshman Spanish 2 class. Here it is..I know it is a little unorganized but I did this very quickly please rate it and make any changes you feel neccessary, thank you!!

As we pulled into the parking lot of Chevy’s Mexican Restaurant, I noticed that there were practically no spots left, and then I thought, “…People must really like this place…” Walking through the friendly smiles of the servers and hosts, and seeing the colorful wallpaper and authentic Mexican music, I was even more assured that this would be a nice meal. Out of the massive area of the 70+ tables we picked a window seat and took a look at the menu. Now, I like to think of Chevy’s as the Mexican-style Red Lobster, as the menu’s look and feel was very similar and the prices were practically the same for the portions. The average price for each meal with a drink was about $13 or $14 each, so the prices weren’t exactly cheap, but at the same time they weren’t unbearable either. It was very clear from the looks of things, that the dress code was very casual, nothing classy, but nothing cheap either; perhaps an average polo shirt with jeans would do, just like the waiters’ dress code, a bright red polo with black pants. When the server came over to the table with a small basket full of nachos, and a small, quaint dish of mild salsa, he asked how we were doing, what kind of food we liked, and gave us a number of options that he thought we would enjoy. The waiter was a very nice guy, every 10 minutes or so he would check up on us with nachos and ask us how everything was. Anyways, I decided to order a combo of 3 enchiladas: 2 Picadillo beef enchiladas and one melted cheese enchilada. After a rather quick wait of 5-6 minutes, our food had finally arrived, and not only did it smell wonderful, but it looked great too! The entire plate, even the rice and refried beans were covered in Chevy’s own red chile meat sauce. It looked like something off of the Food Channel! However, there is always a bad to a good, as for an $11 meal I did expect a little bit more, as each enchilada was only about 4 or 5 inches long and only an inch wide. That, however, does not mean that it doesn’t taste good, because these enchiladas, and the rice and refried beans tasted magnificent. The quality of the food was definitely above par; the meat was perfectly cooked, as was the bread wrapping. When I finally devoured the rest of the enchiladas, I looked around the entire building and although the sun was doing most of the lighting, there were several ceiling lights surrounding the restaurant, and when the sun finally set at around 6, you could really notice the restaurant’s great lighting options. Overall, the meal was great, and I think that if you’re ever in the mood for a nice sit-down Mexican restaurant, you should definitely check Chevy’s out.How is my Restaurant Review?
Pretty well written. It made me hungry. I wonder about "the bread wrapping" for the enchiladas. Tortillas, right? This is the most important staple food in Mexico, so you should probably use the right word in an assignment for a Spanish class.

One more, thing, you might want to consider dividing it into about 3 paragraphs to make it a little easier on the eyes.

Good luck! How is my Restaurant Review?
by god!How is my Restaurant Review?
simply beautiful...
This is a very good restaurant review. It covers just about everything that one might want to know for planning the dining experience. I for one would like to eat at Chevy's, based on your review.

Just one thing, though -- Where is Chevy's?
