How to write a good review about a restaurant?

I've been in this NEW little Casual Italian restaurant a couple of times, after I expressed my pleasure with their food and service, the owner asked me to do him a favor and write a review on his restaurant's website. What words would you use to make it short and sweet. I like the food I would rate it 7 out of 10 but the service is 10/10

I agree with Wolfgang. I would add the food presentation - when your plate arrives is it presented in such a way that it makes your mouth water. It the food appealing to look at. That's the only thing I would add to what Wolfgang advised you.How to write a good review about a restaurant?

talk about the ambiance, the serviice, how long it takes for it to get to you, how the food is, the price, cleanliness, and if it is worth going back again.
