Can anyone say the good %26amp; the bad regarding the Shogun Restaurant in Bakersfield. I'm going there %26amp; thinking of places to eat there. How is the service, the food, price, etc? I read from reviews/etc it was not really good, but most of those are from some years ago. What about now? Still the same? How's the chef tricks/skills/tapenyaki experience? Entertaining?
