I am about to publish a book with a review of restaurants. Am I allowed to print for example that a specific restaurant received a "best new restaurant" accolade from Food %26amp; Wine magazine? If you do a complete reference to your source, then no. You should be ok. But you may want to send a copy of that page to Food %26amp; Wine as a courtesy - before publishing.
