Many restaurants around here do have vegetarian options, it's just that they're not classified as all-vegetarian like Ubuntu, which is why Ubuntu was the only one that Citysearch found. I know, since I'm not a huge meat eater and I usually pick the veg options. I'm surprised though at all the negative reviews, I've only heard good reviews around here. But then again, bad news travels faster than good news. You won't have a problem dining out here at all.
