How can we ask a food critic to review our restaurant?

My husband and his business partners recently opened a nice independent pizza restaurant. We'd love to have a food critic come and give an honest critique of the place; hopefully it would generate a little publicity. How do we find/invite a food critic? What organizations can we contact?



(We aren't looking to make an appointment with a critic or influence them in any way; we just honestly want a reviewer to come in for a surprise visit, try the food and publish something.)How can we ask a food critic to review our restaurant?
