How do I go about getting this restaurant on track?

My "bosses" really are just floating around. Basically I was originally hired as a hostess, then I was supposed to be trained as a waitress now I'm an independent contractor that's a promoter. I can't promote this restaurant without a budget and the customer service reviews have been awful. This restaurant really needs a forceful manager and I'm willing to do that job but is it worth and how do I go about presenting myself that way? Thanks!How do I go about getting this restaurant on track?
well that restaurant train sounds like it's been derailed... just tell them straight up,

"Sir/Ma'am i think that this restaurant needs a much better order. We need a manager that can keep people on task and make things run smoothly. And i'd like to be that person sir/ma'am"



Now if you do this make sure that is EXACTLY what you want to do. I don't want you to get fired from listening to me because you're to forceful or your boss fells like he/she being attacked(not physicly)How do I go about getting this restaurant on track?
