Sites like tripadvisor allow users to post reviews about hotels/restaurants they have visited. How seriously do you take the reviews you read? Especially if they are bad ones...How seriously do you take online reviews?
What one person thinks as bad another may not... we all have our own standards and should take reviews as a guide. I once read a review that said 'hotel was great but the rain put us off ever going back there'...so lets be honest if the hotel industry could control the weather then they would have had one happy customer.
