How to improve restaurant ratings?

I am looking over at my restaurant's review page on www.yelp.com, and I am very disappointed with the rating of 2.5/5, with 10 reviews.



I am trying to think of legitimate ways of raising my ratings (not making fake reviews). What do you think is the best way to get good reviews? Thank you.



P.S.- I was thinking about giving 50% discounts to those who reviewed my restaurant in hopes to make them increase the ratings...How to improve restaurant ratings?

Maybe the 10 reviewers did not like food style. You could try to promote your restaurant, which could create an increase in positive reviews. Maybe the service is bad at your restaurant. You could try to make it more friendly to family or have special kids eat free kind of days. What was the problem(s) with your restaurant?How to improve restaurant ratings?
I wouldn't call bribery legitimate.



Try some introspection. What valid points did those reviews make? Improve on those.
