Is it legal to expose the lack of cleanliness of a Bakery on the internet?

I used to work for a horrible bakery which was extremely filthy and disgusting. I was able to get photos of what the kitchen and the employee bathroom look like - pastries all over the place, even the ceiling!

Is it legal of me to post the pictures on the internet, on a restaurant review website? Is it legal to expose the lack of cleanliness of a Bakery on the internet?
Turn them over to the health departmentIs it legal to expose the lack of cleanliness of a Bakery on the internet?
I wouldn't do that at all. I would very discretely inform the board of health in your town and show them the photos. Ask that your name be kept out of it.

I think it would be incredibly mean of you to destroy someones livelihood and reputation, even if well deserved. What I recommend is the proper course of action. A surprise health inspection conducted by the board of health will result in them being given a citation that will tell them what is wrong and tell them to clean up their act. They will be given a certain time period to comply and if they do not, they will be shut down. If they do, then they get to stay in business and not have their reputation destroyed.

Think about if this were your business and how you would feel. It's someones income at stake.

The obviously need to learn how to do it well and you would be doing a service to the community by reporting it through proper channels. The other way is very vindictive. Is it legal to expose the lack of cleanliness of a Bakery on the internet?
Why don't you do the right thing and turn them over to the health department?
