Sammy Walkers BBQ in Rowlett is good. ( My dad and Sammy were best friends in hs, I ate at the original place in Balch Springs) cheap

Big Bruces is ok

Longhorn BBQ in Cedar Hill is good. not cheap but you get HUGE portions.

where in the dallas area are you looking? in haslet which is close to ft worth, there is a little bbq shack called Lee's. it's so good the train engineers pull in there when their cars are being changed out.What is the best barbecue restaurant in the Dallas area?
