At some Big Boy restaurants they have these "Year in Review" books (more like thick paperback pamphlets) on the tables that you can read. Each book gives a complete overview of that specific year in history: president, population, cost of food, popular books, movies, songs, winners of sporting events, ads for popular products at the time, etc. I believe I have seen these books for sale at Hallmark stores as well.
