I read a lot of restaurant reviews online where people complain about their food being undercooked. Today at a restaurant, a man at the table next to me sent back his potatoes for being undercooked. I don't doubt that these people have a legitimate complaint, but why do restaurants allow it to happen?Why are there so many complains of undercooked food in restaurants?
If the place was packed, no one wants to wait and the cooks hurry, therefor you get undercooked food.
