i am a complete foodie and have quite a knowledge about different cuisines,their speciality n all...i would love to become a reviewer for some newspaper or a food critic of sorts.what do i need to do for that ?What are the qualities of good food expert or critic (the ones who review restaurants and different cuisnes) ?
well, first you have to be a connosieur in food. That way you can write and say a number of significant things.say what you mean.mean what you say! then you also have to have knowledge in cuisine and cooking so you could relate with food,its preparation,etc.. and you have to know the culture of the different countries so that when you are asked to judge italian, mexican or filipino food, you wouldn't look ignorant. and you have to love what you do so that people will love you! mabuhay(that's a filipino greeting!)What are the qualities of good food expert or critic (the ones who review restaurants and different cuisnes) ?
