Where are all the hell's kitchen winners now and have their restaurants been successful?

I tried looking this up, but all it gave me was individual hell's kitchen winner names. I have seen all seasons but as far as reviews or critiques of each winner's restaurant nothing is mentioned. Have they been successful? Did Chef Gordon Ramsay's tough criticism and leadership skills pass on to any of these people like dave, heather, rock, and the others?Where are all the hell's kitchen winners now and have their restaurants been successful?
