A lot of people like to publish their comments on line about places they have already been to.Does anyone understand what makes customers writing reviews on restaurants, shops, bars, hotels...?
have u ever be a customers? and been to those places?if u answer yes then u must knew what makes u came to those places right. well for me, there's some factors i need to considered before i write reviews about those places,

1st: the atmosphere, does it makes u feel comfy or the other way makes u feel uncomfy

2nd: the service, it always come to my concerns about the way the waitress serve us, greet us.

3rd: the foods

4th: the facilities, cleaness of the toilet, the kitchen

5th: the parking lot, or external environment (is it safe location? of dark dirty city side)

6th: the price charged to us

to give other consumers how a particular store treated them on their visit. it's a way on helping the resto that treated them to have more clients. and make them realized that they did something wrong on that particular person at a time.
