What are your favorite Manila restaurants/establishments?

Gimme the name of your favorite restaurant and a review in one sentence or more. I'm looking to try the best, the most obscure, the most interesting etc places to eat and I'm drawing a blank. Have I really tried all there is to try when it comes to dining in Manila? Prove me wrong.What are your favorite Manila restaurants/establishments?

For authentic Italian cuisine got to Bellinni's at the back or Marikina Shoe Expo in Cubao Quezon City.

For Buffet of different cuisines (international and asian) try 7 Corners inside Crown Plaza hotel located in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Hope you try them all, i did and it was one heck of an experience!
I was extremely disappointed with 7 Corners. I stayed with the family for a couple of days and tried so many times. The Shang buffet (either one) is a lot better.

Cafe Adriatico has always been my favorite. This is an interesting question, and I'll mark this one so I could see the answers of the others.
