If you really want them (the restaurant) to see it I would write to their customer service department. If you want to rant about the service you received (bad) and let other people know (consumers) then I would write it on the BBB site or some other consumer review site.Where can I write a review for business(restaurant) that I know they will see it for sure?

I looked at your post amazing I get a lot of knowledge information about this post my wife is requesting me for pizza so I ask my friends to tell me which one is the best pizza place so he recommends me to taste Milano pizza.
