How do I review a restaurant?

Go there and eat and decided if you have to wait long for a table, was the staff friendly, was the food served promptly, was it warm and tasty, was the food cheap, moderately priced or expense, was the atmosphere nice, what in particular did you like about the restaurant, do they have a specialty, would you go back again, anything else that catches your attention while there. Before you go, make up a little check list and make notes as you go through it at the restaurant. Use your check list as an outline, and when you get home write a little report.
