Really bad experience that I want to share with Ritz management. We were turned back after waiting for a reservation for 45 minutes. no apologies, arrogance, disgusting service. I was surprised, stunned and I wish the reservations had been for 6:00pm to actually have time to turn around some plan B. The service at the Ritz鈥?Maestro restaurant was politely disgusting, never got a chance to review the food. How to find email contacts to escalate customer service issue with the Ritz Maestro restaurant in McLean, VA?
Sorry, the website offered nothing more than a phone number.
Sending a letter to the restaurant manager should work. I worked in food service for five years. A well written letter was always relayed from the manager to the staff, whether it was positive or negative.
Mention the situation. Tell them that you expected more and could never even get an explanation. When people explain the situation sithout emotion in a respectful manner, they get a better response.

Well duh, it is still just a hotel restaurant. What were you expecting? You could have gone anywhere else, paid less, and gotten a better meal and better service without a bunch of pricks annoying you.
Options include Shula's, Maggiano's, or even Morton's.
Look online if they have a website, and don't expect others to do your research for you. But i do have a great website for you www.gethuman.com this webiste provides you numbers of major corporation without playing a phone game with their IVR systems. You will get real people when you call the number provided on the above website. I hope that helps. Sorry for being harsh on you, but alot of people do take advantage of this system which is kind of annoying. How to find email contacts to escalate customer service issue with the Ritz Maestro restaurant in McLean, VA?
As somebody else said, picking a hotel restaurant was not the way to o with so many better choices in the area. But hey, you tried. First of all an email shows you are not serious and its too easily lost. A letter or a phone call is best. One thought though. How did you approach the host staff? There were probably a lot of angry people and the customer who is nice will get seated. The one who sympathizes that its not all of their fault. 45 minutes is not a huge amount of time in that kind of place. You should have stood your ground and asked for the manager. You go to the bar or something. Dont like it? Well its your job as a man to take care of these things to ensure a nice evening. So many times you see a guy getting wired up and then saying "honey, we are out of here" and the evening is ruined. Thats when I get sat immediatly. Stick with it, get a table and find a manager. Some people just don't know how to act in this situation.... no offense... it takes confidence and class.
