How to write a Medieval newspaper?

I need to write a medieval restaurant review and a medieval real estate for a medieval newspaper as a school assignment but i don't have any ideas about what and how to write it, can anyone help me please? Thanks.How to write a Medieval newspaper?

This extract made me giggle a bit:

I'd recommend googling for other such things to give you an idea of the kinds of food we ate back then, because the diet of the ordinary person was a bit different to the one we have today...How to write a Medieval newspaper?
