I want to let people know not to eat at this place but it is not even on the list of restaurants. How can I rate it?Why can't I add a restaurant to the yahoo restaurant review list, it is not there but I want to review it.

Probably because many idiots out there would just invent places and then it would say there is places where there isnt any.
in any cases, the fact it's not listed should tell you its quite a dump who don't really care about being listed as a business
