Restaurant Review Panel on Facebook a scam?

I logged in facebook and I see this add on the right side that says I can get a 50dollar mcdonald coupon. Is this site scam? I didnt get any virus clicking on the link so I think nobody will have issues clicking the link....let me know! 50 dollar coupon sounds nice since im a broke college student.
